Burma pricing guide

All our holidays are individual and are tailored for you and your family. The exact price of your tour will vary depending on a wide range of factors including how many of you there are, what level of hotels you want to stay in and whether you stay in one large family room or have children and adults in separate rooms.

Price guidelines

We like our tours to be accessible to as wide a range of people as possible.

Our standard Burma holidays will start from around £6,000 for a two week holiday for a family of four based on mid-range hotels (excluding flights). However, supplements (which may be quite significant) will apply for travel over Christmas and the New Year as well as certain dates over Easter.

There are also some wonderful boutique and heritage properties in Burma. If you use these, the price for a two week holiday family of four would start from around £7,500 (excluding flights).

If you are travelling on a tight budget, we can select simple accommodation and use local transport for some parts of the tour. With these measures we may be able to bring the price down closer to £4,500 for a two week holiday for a family of four (excluding flights).

International flights

All prices exclude international flights. We are happy to arrange these for you so please just ask us for a quote from your nearest airport. There are no direct flights into Burma so you will need to change planes en route, often in Bangkok.

Prices start from about £650 per person from London.

You might want to consider starting your tour in Mandalay and finishing in Yangon (or vica versa). This will help to reduce the amount of internal travel within Burma.

Flights are available for booking approximately 11 months in advance. If travelling during UK school holidays we suggest that you book your flights as far in advance as possible to get the best fares. Prices will rise considerably the closer to departure that you book.

Age limits

There are no age limits on any of our tours. Our youngest visitor to Burma so far was 3 months!
