Nepal pricing guide
All our holidays are individual and tailored for you and your family. The exact price of your holiday will vary depending on a wide range of factors including how many of you there are, what level of hotels you want to stay in and whether you stay in one large family room or have children and adults in separate rooms.
Nepal is generally a relatively inexpensive destination but costs vary widely depending on the nature of the itinerary.
A ‘standard’ 2-week holiday for a family of four in Nepal will start from around £7,000 (excluding international flights) based on good mid-range accommodation and teahouses when trekking. If you want to upgrade to more luxurious hotels in the cities, and lodges when trekking, the price will start from £9,000 for a family of four.
All prices exclude international flights. Flights to Kathmandu from the UK start from around £900 per person, more during peak travel periods. There are no direct flights between London and Kathmandu so you will usually need to fly via India or Istanbul. The duration will depend on the route but will be a minimum of 13 hours.
Flights are available for booking approximately 11 months in advance. If travelling during UK school holidays we suggest that you book your flights as far in advance as possible to get the best fares. Prices will rise considerably the closer to departure that you book.
There are no age limits on any of our tours. If you are considering including some trekking in your itinerary, we will be happy to discuss what will be most suitable for your children.
All you need to do is let us know a few key details about you and your family and we will do the rest. After a chat to understand more about you, we can produce an itinerary as a starting point and can tweak this until we get it exactly right.
Call us and we will be happy to provide you with a free-of-charge no obligation itinerary and quotation designed for you.
