There are few countries on earth that can rival Nepal for scenery and the mighty Himalayas provide a constant jaw-dropping backdrop to any visit. One of the best ways to experience the scenery is on foot and we can arrange hikes that are suitable for children of all ages. These vary from a short day walk in the gently rolling hills of the Kathmandu Valley to a challenging 2-week trek to Everest Base Camp and everything in between.
If trekking is not your thing then Nepal is still an immensely rewarding country to visit. There are superb historical sights, wonderfully friendly people, bustling markets, an impressive range of wildlife, exciting adrenalin activities and again the constant views of the mountains.
We have suggested two itineraries below. Active Nepal includes a relatively easy 3-day trek in the Annapurnas whilst, as the name suggests, Nepal Highlights includes the highlights of the country but does not include any trekking (although there are a couple of optional day walks). However, this just scratches the surface of what you can do in Nepal so if you would like more information about longer family treks, or shorter non-trekking trips, please speak to us for ideas.
