Price guidelines

We like our tours to be accessible to as wide a range of people as possible but Oman is not a cheap destination.

A standard self-drive Oman 12 day itinerary will usually start from around £9,000 for a family of four, based on good (but not luxury) hotels with an upgraded hotel on the beach at the end. This excludes international flights.

If you are doing a shorter trip, an 8 day itinerary will usually start from around £6,000 for a family of four, excluding flights.

In both cases, this is based on a self-drive itinerary. If you would prefer to have a driver, a 12 day itinerary will usually start from around £10,500 and an 8 day itinerary from £7,500.

There are some very luxurious hotels in Oman and if you would like to use these throughout, prices will be higher

If you are travelling on a tighter budget than this, please let us know and we can suggest more simple hotels that will enable us to bring the price down. Omani hotels sometimes run promotions and special offers meaning that at those times it may be possible to bring self-drive prices as low as £5,000 (8 days) and £6,500 (12 days).

International flights

All prices exclude international flights. These start from £500 per person direct with Oman Air although prices over peak periods may be a lot higher.

Direct flights take just over 7 hours. Indirect flights take from 9 hours.

Note that hotels in Oman book up a long way in advance for Christmas and the New Year. Please book as far in advance as possible if you plan to travel at this time.

Flights are available for booking approximately 11 months in advance. If travelling during UK school holidays we suggest that you book your flights as far in advance as possible to get the best fares. Prices will rise considerably the closer to departure that you book.

Our holidays are open for all age groups and will be tailored to the ages of your children.
