When to go to Mexico
Mexico is such a massive country that its climate is extremely variable depending on which coast you are on or if you are in the highlands or the far north. As our itineraries are based in the Yucatan Peninsula we have based our weather guide on this area but if you are interested in travelling to other regions then we would be happy to advise the relevant climate.
The Yucatan’s dry season runs from November through to April and the rainy season lasts from May to October. However as a tropical country it can rain here at any time and this usually comes in a short (very sharp) downpour interspersed with plenty of sunshine.
