Namibia pricing guide
All our Namibia holidays are individual and tailored to you and your family. The price will vary depending on whether you choose to camp or stay in lodges and how many activities we include.
Most travellers choose to self-drive in Namibia but if you would prefer to be escorted by a driver-guide, please let us know as this can be arranged.
Price guideline
The majority of tours that we organise are based on self-drive with accommodation in lodges and tented camps. A standard itinerary of this type, based on mid-range accommodation, will start from £11,000 for a two week holiday for a family of four. This includes accommodation and vehicle hire as well as some meals and activities. It excludes international flights.
If you would prefer to camp, we can either arrange a 4WD van with pop-up roof tents or we can arrange a large family tent. Vehicles come fully equipped with everything that you need for camping (including gas stove, pots & pans, crockery, chairs, mattresses and so on). A camping trip will start from £7,000 for a two week tour for a family of four. This includes vehicle hire and camp fees but no meals and few activities.
International flights
All prices exclude international flights. These start from £900 per person return to Windhoek although can be considerably more during school holidays.
There are no direct flights from London to Windhoek and most people fly via Johannesburg. We will be very happy to provide a flight quote for you from your nearest airport. Please ask us for details.
Flights are available for booking approximately 11 months in advance. If travelling during UK school holidays we suggest that you book your flights as far in advance as possible to get the best fares. Prices will rise considerably the closer to departure that you book.
Age limits
There are no age limits on our tours and we will tailor the itinerary to the ages of your children. Child seats can be hired.
Financial protection
Rest assured that you have 100% financial protection if you book with Stubborn Mule Travel. This is guaranteed through our membership of the Travel Trust Association (membership number Q0176) and our ATOL membership (number T7608). Further details can be found on our Financial Protection page.
