Madagascar
Madagascar family itineraries
Madagascar is a huge country with some ‘interesting’ roads so it is best to select which part you would like to visit and concentrate your time here. Our Landscapes of Southern Madagascar covers some of the island’s most spectacular scenery, encompassing a huge range of different landscapes, some lush and fertile, others dramatically barren. There will also be endless opportunities to spot lemurs and other endemic wildlife. After some long (but breathtaking) journeys, there will be plenty of time to relax on the beach.
Our Natural Madagascar tour concentrates on the wildlife hotspots in the east of the country, involving shorter journeys. You’ll see plenty of lemurs and chameleons as well as some wonderful rainforest. Then fly to the idyllic pirate island of Ile St Marie, home to some of the best of Madagascar’s tropical beaches.
