Cuba

Cuba itineraries

Although Cuba is not a huge island and there is a lot to see and do, we advise travellers to be wary of trying to pack too much in. Domestic flights are fairly unreliable and the roads are not in tip-top condition so driving times for relatively short distances can be higher than in other countries (although this is of course all part of the charm!).

In our Highlights of Cuba we have picked out our favourite parts of Cuba so that you can get a flavour of the country and try a little bit of everything in a 10 day period. If you are lucky enough to have a fortnight, our Cuba in 2 weeks example itinerary allows you to make your way around in a slightly more leisurely fashion, stopping off to visit some of the less well-known gems as well as the must-see sites.
